To initiate a return, navigate to your Order History, and select "Start a Return" at the top of the order details. Select the items you would like to return and enter required information including the reason for the return and any additional comments you would like to provide and click continue. Complete the acknowledgement on the next screen and click confirm. This will notify the Expanded Selection Partner of your pending return request. A response should be sent within 24 hours of receipt, excluding national holidays.
Most items sold & shipped by TDSC Expanded Selection Partners can be requested for return within 30 days from the date of item delivery. See our full return policy here.
Although the return policies for items sold and shipped by an Expanded Selection Partner may be different from TDSC's return policies, we’ve set up certain minimum return standards to ensure a consistent customer experience. Some product categories including Furniture, Small Appliances, Technology, and Business Machines may have a shortened return window of 14 days from the date of purchase.
Additional charges may apply for freight, taxes, storage, or insurance of larger items.

Please note: We are unable to process refunds on behalf of another retailer. In the event of a damaged or incorrect shipment, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Eligible cases will be reviewed, and replacements may be issued in alignment with our internal policies.
