To initiate a return, navigate to your Order History, and select "Start a Return" at the top of the order details. Select the items you would like to return and enter required information including the reason for the return and any additional comments you would like to provide and click continue. Complete the acknowledgement on the next screen and click confirm. This will notify the Expanded Selection Partner of your pending return request. A response should be sent within 24 hours of receipt, excluding national holidays.

Most items sold & shipped by TDSC Expanded Selection Partners can be requested for return within 30 days from the date of item delivery. See our full return policy here.

Although the return policies for items sold and shipped by an Expanded Selection Partner may be different from TDSC's return policies, we’ve set up certain minimum return standards to ensure a consistent customer experience. If you have a question about a return, please contact the Expanded Selection Partner through the order messaging feature.

Some product categories including Furniture, Small Appliances, Technology, and Business Machines may have a shortened return window of 14 days from the date of purchase.

Additional charges may apply for freight, taxes, storage, or insurance of larger items.

General Returns

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Before initiating any return, customers are asked to reach out via the “Need Assistance?” messaging option available on the order details page. In many cases, we can provide guidance or a solution to help resolve the issue promptly and avoid unnecessary returns or large shipping fees. Returns initiated without prior communication may be subject to delays or additional fees.

• Electronics and technology products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
• All electronics must be returned unused and in their original packaging, including all components, manuals, and accessories.
• Opened, used, or damaged electronics may be subject to denial of return or a partial refund, depending on the condition of the item upon inspection.

• Certain large, bulky, or freight-shipped items may be subject to a restocking fee.
• Any applicable restocking fee will be determined based on the reason for return, item type, size, and condition of the product upon receipt.
• Restocking fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned item has been received and inspected.
